The Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships

The Center for Youth, Family, and Community Partnerships (CYFCP) was established in 1996 to encourage interdisciplinary research and to utilize the resources of the University to address social concerns in the community.

The mission of the Center is to bridge research, policy and practice to advance the health and wellbeing of children, youth, and families. We work with an extensive network of community, state, and national partner organizations to meet social challenges through research, program evaluation, training, and technical assistance collaborations.

The Center’s diverse programs are organized along a public health prevention continuum, including primary prevention, early intervention, and responsive services for individuals and families in distress.
